Back pain (also known "dorsalgia") is pain felt in the back that may originate from the muscles, nerves, bones, joints or other structures in the spine.
The pain may have a sudden onset or it can be a chronic pain, it can be felt constantly or intermittently, stay in one place or refer or radiate to other areas. It may be a dull ache, or a sharp or piercing or burning sensation. The pain may be felt in the neck (and might radiate into the arm and hand), in the upper back, or in the low back, (and might radiate into the leg or foot), and may include symptoms other than pain, such as weakness, numbness or tingling.
Back pain is one of humanity's most frequent complaints. In the U.S., acute low back pain (also called lumbago) is the fifth most common reason for all physician visits. About nine out of ten adults experience back pain at some point in their life, and five out of ten working adults have back pain every year.

Your Back Pain Just Started, But Your Back Pain Problem Began Long Ago

There are problems, which have only just begun, lurking beneath the surface, where you have not felt their pain. You can go years, occasionally feeling some pain and stiffness, they have only gone to his own. Maybe you feel a twinge of pain, a pill, and it seems as if it will okay.

Then one morning you get your socks accidentally fall on the floor, turn it down to pick up and you can no longer back. You have so much pain that you barely manage to make it to your bed and hang. You start the pills like crazy until you manage to drag the yellow pages to find nearby chiropractor.

On your visit to the chiropractor, he explains that your spine is signs of wear, that the problem probably began . "What? I bent down to my socks. My problem began this morning." The problem with believing that the problem is new, is that you also believe that the pain should go away quickly.

You are likely to forget about all the times you feel warnings and quickly dismissed them away or medicines. They do not realize that you have not been able to touch your toes in a year, you do not exercise regularly, and your job takes you sit for a long time. These were all factors in the development of the spinal cord your problem long before you ever feel that your first symptom ... Pain.

The the back of back pain ended as the final result of years of building on your spine. Now you can use either for a stronger drugs to cover, or you can begin to solve the year to ignore the warnings and work to build a healthy and normal functioning spine. The good news is that it rarely takes almost as long to the back together as it was, to put it badly in the first place.

There is a point of no return. There is a point, if you ignore the warning signs and clouded for so long that the degeneration of the spine and your bulging disc passion have eliminated some of the more conservative treatments. It is a time when your only choice is a spine surgery or injections for the pain, even if they are not fixing anything.

What can you learn? When the pain hits back with a good view of where your problem started, and not just when your symptoms started. Seriously evaluate what tomorrow to secure your spine back to a good place and pain-free. The longer you wait, in the right steps, the more difficult the journey.
