Back pain (also known "dorsalgia") is pain felt in the back that may originate from the muscles, nerves, bones, joints or other structures in the spine.

Dealing With Back Pain - What Can You Do?

At some point in their lives, the vast majority of people, both men and women who suffer from back pain. It can be completely debilitating when it strikes, and varies in severity from mild stiffness, the type of back pain restricts your ability to fully move into. It may not turn properly when lifting and moving heavy objects or when you had once again developed problems, it reappear with the lowest activities, such as simply bending to tie his shoelaces if you catch it wrong.

So, what can you do? I myself have suffered with very severe back pain at various times in my life, although in the last two years I've been lucky because it does not happen again.
