Back pain (also known "dorsalgia") is pain felt in the back that may originate from the muscles, nerves, bones, joints or other structures in the spine.
The pain may have a sudden onset or it can be a chronic pain, it can be felt constantly or intermittently, stay in one place or refer or radiate to other areas. It may be a dull ache, or a sharp or piercing or burning sensation. The pain may be felt in the neck (and might radiate into the arm and hand), in the upper back, or in the low back, (and might radiate into the leg or foot), and may include symptoms other than pain, such as weakness, numbness or tingling.
Back pain is one of humanity's most frequent complaints. In the U.S., acute low back pain (also called lumbago) is the fifth most common reason for all physician visits. About nine out of ten adults experience back pain at some point in their life, and five out of ten working adults have back pain every year.

4 Simple Reasons Why Your Back Hurts

Back pain. We all have from time to time, but did you know that most people do not understand the reasons why we get it. In this article I will share with you the underlying problems that most people do not know about or how to treat.

I will focus on the following areas, which attribute to back pain;

1 postural alignment

2 Poor core strength
 Poor
3 seat
 4
lack of stretching

Postural alignment

What can I postural alignment? This is basically a statement about how well your skeleton works. Just as the engine of a car, which is under our skin has a big influence on the nature of our muscles and movement occurs. One of the most important factors is to check your hip and spine alignment. This is done by physiotherapists and chiropractors. It is very easy to recognize but hard to notice for the person involved. I have my ow problems with hip-Lumber orientation and eddies. It manifests itself usually in a sort of tightening the surrounding muscles, because you have clicked back into proper alignment and in the meantime, some other muscle is "on compensation" for the muscle that should working.

2 Poor strength

Core core strength is in Basically your deep muscles called transverse abs. You kind of run along the bottom, where is your bladder. They are essential in keeping your torso, upper torso and all the muscles work to the maximum. You know, sometimes when you have a small child in a sprint race and you suddenly see them all tight and start putting their heads in the neck and overstriding. This is an example of the core strength is not within the fuselage and then all kinds of body begins only in slumping a bit untidy is a chaos. That is good if your perception, but it happens all the time and if you decide to do a bit of sport your muscles are not prepared, the additional demand and pull back a bit and could lead to re pain.

3 Poor Seating position

This is not really a beginner mode. If you do not just sit and just sort of slump around the whole time the muscles, allegedly in the right position are always a little vacation. You will then end up kind of wasting away and putting strain on the muscles, which are forced to because of the angle you sit on. This is easily corrected, but again a contributing factor to global health.

4 Stretching

If back on the 3 factors are ringing alarm bells, I'm pretty sure you are not stretching. Tight and cramped muscles causes inhibition of the right muscles to work. You get stiffness and that means if you have to outside your normal aircraft as a light game of tennis or something, you could injury.

In summary, I have the 4 simple things that lead to back pain. If any of the above rings true, you, I suggest the following;

Get itself controlled by a physiotherapist quality, they do not cost much and if you think about the money you spend your car will be served a fraction of the price. We all need m.o.t an all 3 months or so. Physiotherapy takes care of the rest he or she will give you exercises to strengthen your core muscles and stretches to include them in shape.
